Arrival:

 Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled so we can begin on time

Cancellation Policy:

 All tickets are non-refundable. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. No-shows will forfeit their ticket

All guests must have a valid ticket. ArtFlow Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or does not follow studio guidelines
